How many necklaces should you wear at one time? And, i mean like to school or out and about. I don’t mean like a special event like a dance or something. Thanks!

OR, buy one or two really nice statement necklaces that are obviously amazing on their own.
I agree, just one. One neck, one necklace, they create necklaces with many layers that look like more than one, but they can be generally tacky, if you find a tasteful one then that is appropriate. If you want to stand out, stick to a plain silver or gold chain with a large pendant. You can be creative and turn most small objects into cool pendants too.
in highschool i would wear about 20 at a time, and probably 40 bracelets.
and pink v-neck sweaters with torn baggy blue jeans.

one….I’ve seen people wear 3 at the same time and it looks like a mess
well it all depends on the necklaces…one may look nice and all…but for some people…they like more.,,,I’ve worn up to 6 necklaces at once and it looked nice! i just had each necklace a different size so that they would not hide each other,,i started with a choker and then each time i put on a new necklace..it was lower than the last..so they all didint clash…and it looked awesome! but remember that it all depends on the necklaces and if it goes with you or not…^_^
